musicmakers is a group of amateurs, students and professionals sharing a common goal of performance to a high standard. The group was originally founded in 2000 and organises concerts from time to time on a project basis. Its aim is to put on interesting, non-elitist programmes centred around classical music with a special focus on music of the twentieth century, which are attractive to a wide range of audiences and in particular to younger people. musicmakers is not shy to mix artistic disciplines, nor to perform music in unusual contexts.

The most recent musicmakers project was a Nine Lessons and Carols church service in Kloster Fischingen on Saturday 21st December 2024 at 17:15 and in the Reformed Church in Hinwil on Sunday 22nd December 2024.
